The ISO homeowners policy is a very comprehensive policy that addresses the property and liability insurance needs of most homeowners, condominium owners and renters. A Tenants policy (also known as an HO-4 policy) can provide coverage for your personal belongings, loss of use, personal liability and more. The cost of this insurance may surprise you. The average tenants policy in our office is under $200 annually, of course this all depends on how much coverage you desire.
