YMCA

Fitts Insurance is a proud supporter of the Metrowest YMCA, in fact the relationship goes back a long way, even to the point of the land the YMCA sits on being donated by the Fitts family. Since that time, dozens of family members have learned to swim, gone to camp, and have enjoyed all the Y has to offer.

Fitts Insurance & The 200 Foundation

Fitts Insurance is proud to have supported The 200 Foundation since the early 1970’s. Chris’s father Geoffrey and Adam’s father, Dan, had served together on the board decades ago and Dan still serves today. For over six decades, The 200 Foundation has been dedicated to serving our community by providing essential resources such as food, clothing, shelter, and rehabilitation services – all without any board member compensation. Their selfless mission is truly admirable, and we are honored that many members of the Fitts team are actively involved in helping advance this important work.

NECC

Robin Kopplin ran the 53rd ASICS Falmouth Road Race on August 15th of 2025. NECC’s 2025 team includes NECC staff, family members, staff alumni, and community partners who are dedicated to NECC’s mission and fundraising to support the impactful work it does for its students in Southborough, in public school classrooms, and across the globe.

Fitts Insurance has long participated in the Annual NECC 5K walk & Run for Autism.

Boy Scouts

Fitts Insurance has supported the Boy Scouts since the early 1970’s.

Sports Programs

Dave Gagin has long supported and coached various sports teams including North Star Hockey Club, Mendon-Upton Youth Baseball, Nipmuc Middle School Hockey, Demons Youth Hockey, and Nipmuc Youth Football.

United Way

Beyond these specific organizations, Fitts Insurance has always been supportive of local schools, churches, and athletic programs.
